PERI PERI CAULIFLOWER "WINGS"

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 3 Tbsp milk

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • Olive oil

  • 1/2 cup CHUT UP Peri Peri Hot Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.

  2. Line a large baking dish with parchment

  3. Place florets in a large bowl and coat with olive oil (CHUT UP PRO TIP: Not a fan of washing dishes? You can put also toss the florets and olive oil into a zip lock bag and shake to coat)

  4. Add flour and garlic powder and toss (or shake) until evenly coated

  5. Add milk, then the breadcrumbs to the cauliflower, and toss to coat

  6. Arrange in one layer in the baking pan—you’re almost there

  7. Bake on the center rack for 25 minutes

  8. Combine the oil or melted butter spread with the buffalo sauce

  9. Drizzle on the cauliflower, then stir to coat all sides

  10. Bake another 15 minutes

  11. After this, I like to broil for up to 5 minutes, watching so it stays crispy but isn’t burnt
